hello, i'm megan!
I'm the owner of Down Annie Lane/MS Events Wedding Planning. I took over this business at the beginning of 2019 and it has been going wonderfully ever since! After years of planning and executing tons of Weddings from the venue and catering side (at one of my favorite New Orleans venues), I decided this is what I LOVE doing! It is my passion, not my job. I want to assist all of you out there that are not sure what the next step is. Because trust me, there are a lot of steps in this process!

Above is a picture of me and my little family. My little one is 4 1/2 (although pictured I think 2) and is full of life! I also have two pups, a Dachshund and an English Bulldog and a wonderful fiance who supports my every move and he refills my wine glass!
I’m a coffee, red wine, salsa and taco lover. I’m obsessed with Friends (because who doesn’t love the Ross & Rachel history). I don’t think I could survive without any of these things I just named for you. Plus Wedding Planning.
I love meeting and getting to know each and every one of my couples. I don’t want to just be your Planner, I want to be your friend and get to know you and understand how you truly envision your Wedding day to come out. All a while keeping you within your budget.
